What we collect

When you request a reservation we collect the details you enter into the form: the vehicle, the pickup city, the dates you need and an email address to reply to.

We also collect basic, anonymous analytics about how the site is used so we can improve it.

How we use it

Reservation details are used to answer your request and prepare the vehicle. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers required to deliver the booking.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are kept for as long as the rental agreement requires, then deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregate only.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@vantage.template and we will respond within thirty days.
