48 Hours in Monaco

Collect the car on Friday evening, before the harbour fills. The first hour is the best one: down through the tunnel, out along the lower corniche while the light is still low and long.

Saturday is for the Col de Braus. Leave early, take the switchbacks twice, and be back before the road warms up and fills with traffic.

Sunday belongs to the coast. There is one corner past Èze worth driving twice, and no reason at all to explain why.
